屏分天下 — Privacy Policy

This policy covers "屏分天下" (the "App").

In plain words: the App needs Accessibility permission (that is how it can move windows),
and only two things ever leave your Mac — a device serial number and a licence key —
solely for licence verification.

1. What we collect

Nothing.

• We do not upload your window layouts, settings, or usage history.
• We do not read the contents of your files.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDK.
• All settings stay on your own Mac, at:
  ~/Documents/公共偏好/

2. How the App handles your data

Window management

• The App uses macOS Accessibility APIs to move and arrange other apps' windows — that is
  the only way to implement window snapping.
• It registers a global mouse monitor to recognise your window-dragging gestures.
• It can only change a window's position and size. It does not read window contents, and
  cannot see the text or images inside them.
• It does not record what you do in which app.

3. The only things that go online

Licence verification is the only thing that goes online. The App uses no Apple in-app
purchase, and makes no other network requests whatsoever.

a) Trial lookup
On launch the App sends its device serial number to the developer's server to look up
the trial period.

b) Licence verification
When you submit a licence key for verification, the App sends both the licence key and
the device serial number to the developer's server, to validate the licence and register
that key against the device.

• The device serial number and the licence key are the only information the App sends out.
• If you prefer not to send them, you can block the App's network access in System Settings
  (this only affects the trial lookup and licence verification).

4. Permissions

• The App requires Accessibility permission, used solely to move and arrange windows.
  Core features do not work without it. You can revoke it at any time in
  System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
• The App does not require Screen Recording permission and does not use the camera or microphone.
• It does not read files you have not pointed it at.

5. Third parties

The App includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDK. Any network activity involving Apple is itemised under "the only things that go online" above.

6. Your rights

• Delete your settings: remove this App's folder under ~/Documents/公共偏好/
• Uninstalling removes the App itself; the folder above must be deleted separately.
• Revoke Accessibility: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility
