关键帧 — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Effective: October 7, 2026
This policy covers "关键帧" (the "App").
In plain words: a tool for pulling still frames out of a video and extracting text from it.
Frame extraction runs on your iPhone. The "extract text" feature is the exception — it uses
Apple's speech recognition, which sends audio to Apple. That is spelled out below.
1. What we collect
Nothing.
- We do not upload your videos, the frames you extract, or the recognised text.
- We do not upload your usage history or settings.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDK.
- The App has no server of its own — nothing reaches us.
2. How the App handles your data
Extracting frames
- Only videos you explicitly select are read.
- Frame extraction and image export run entirely on your iPhone (using Apple's video frameworks).
- Results are saved where you choose, or to your library if you ask for that.
- Neither the process nor its results are uploaded, and nothing is written to a log.
Extracting text (please read before using)
-
This feature uses Apple's built-in speech recognition (
SFSpeechRecognizer, Chinese). -
Apple's default speech recognition sends the audio to Apple's servers for processing — that
is how Apple's service works, not something we do. - The developer receives neither your audio nor the recognised text.
- If you never use this feature, no audio is ever sent.
- If you are not comfortable with audio being sent to Apple, please do not use "extract text".
3. The only things that go online
-
Speech to text (only when you actively use "extract text"): audio is processed by Apple's
speech recognition service, as described above. This is the only feature that sends your
content anywhere. -
App Store in-app purchase (unlocks the full feature set). Payment, receipts and refunds are
handled by Apple. We never see your payment details and never receive your name or account. -
Before purchase the App checks network reachability once (a request to
apple.comcarrying
no content). - Beyond this the App makes no network requests.
4. Permissions
- Photo library (read): used to pick the videos you want to process.
- Photo library (write): used to save extracted frames, only when you ask.
- Speech recognition: used only by the "extract text" feature, to transcribe speech in a video.
- The App does not use the camera or microphone; it does not record or capture audio.
- You can revoke these at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security.
5. Third parties
The App includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDK. Any network activity involving Apple is itemised under "the only things that go online" above.
Apple's speech recognition service
-
"Extract text" uses Apple's built-in speech recognition (
SFSpeechRecognizer). -
By default that service sends audio to Apple's servers to perform recognition — please also
review Apple's privacy policy. - The developer does not receive or store that audio or the recognised text.
6. Your rights
- Delete in-app data: uninstall the App.
- Revoke permissions: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos / Speech Recognition.
- Delete saved images: remove them in the Photos app.
